Account / Customer Success Manager
The Role

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager/Account Manager to partner with our ever-growing customer base. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers during the full lifecycle, from initial strategy sessions right through to closing renewals. You will be accountable for partnering with our customers to drive value by increasing adoption, optimizing their Hook experience and being a trusted partner for their customer success and revenue teams.
In this role, you have the opportunity to not only deliver excellence for your customers, but to shape how this is done for many years to come as we build out our best-in-class customer team.

Responsibilities:
- Project managing the success of your customers and driving all commercial conversations at renewal
- Review the health of your customer base and prioritise your time accordingly; be an advocate for best in class usage of Hook
- Become a product expert, developing best practices to share with customers, helping them leverage the full functionality of Hook
- Map out key customer stakeholders and proactively build strong relationships to ensure every department can achieve maximum value
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams including product and engineering, to ensure that deliverables for your customers are met and that we’re able to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Continuously improve and iterate on current processes to ensure we’re delivering excellence and optimising for scale as our customer base grows
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
- Experience in a saas/technology company, ideally working with more technical software
- You’re comfortable operating in an environment where not every playbook and resource exists yet and you’re excited by the prospect of building things as you go
- Proven track record achieving commercial targets and experience managing renewals.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience of presenting to large and small audiences.
- Experience in building outcome-driven customer success plans and managing multiple projects and workstreams for customers
- You’re organised; prioritising your accounts and managing your time effectively, but equally as happy solving a problem on the fly

Data Engineer

One of the foundational technical challenges at Hook is to create self-service data and ML pipelines for our customers which surface useful business outputs like churn and upsell prediction.
Responsibilities:
You will wear many hats in your engineering duties. Your day-to-day will include:
- Working in a team with technical and non-technical colleagues to design and build product features that add value to our customers
- Working across the product - and writing clean, well-tested code
- Own significant parts of our product architecture and propose and lead new improvements
- Reviewing other software engineers code and provide structured feedback
- Designing our engineering processes and patterns to be the best for our team

- Designing our data schemas to suit the needs across the business

Requirements
We're looking for an ambitious self-starter who wants to be part of an early-stage company full of amazing talent and with a global vision.
- Experience working on scalable data pipelines and data infrastructure
- Understanding the product/business requirements and building features within the data pipeline to deliver value to customers
- Experience working in taking data products through different development environments into Production
- Selecting and implementing appropriate data storage solutions based on use-case and cost-efficiency
- Understanding features required by machine learning models and ensuring data pipelines adapt to ML requirements
- Building appropriate data monitoring solutions that help detect and recover from data issues
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and convey ideas to diverse stakeholders
- The ability to pick up and use third party APIs and tools
- Experience working with Python and different databases and data platform tools

The Role:
As a Demand Generation marketer, you will play a critical role in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns. Working alongside our content producer and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for transforming our content into strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, particularly in sales and product, to drive growth and success.
Job responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns aimed at increasing top-of-funnel activities, inbound pipeline, and overall revenue.
- Optimisation: Leveraging data to inform, test and refine campaigns, including SEO efforts, ensuring continuous optimisation and improvement of organic results. You will lead the end to end planning, development, testing and optimisation of demand generation campaigns and marketing activities that engage new users in our ideal customer segments
- Execution: Manage our paid ads agency and lead paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google and LinkedIn. Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, SEO, social media, email, and webinars.
- Data & Reporting: You will be data led and data driven. Reporting on the content you create, measuring content engagement and its contribution to pipeline and revenue. You will be comfortable understanding how best to report on different types of content and showing the impact to the business.
Requirements
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to measure KPIs, draw insights from campaign performance, and iterate on strategies.
- Funnel Optimisation: Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) principles to optimize the entire customer journey.
- Proven success in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, paid social, events and webinars
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams especially with Sales

What you will do:
As a Sales Development Representative, your job will be to lay the foundation for the rest of the sales team by engaging with customers and prospects, helping them understand the benefits of Hook and progressing them in the sales process. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by generating high-quality leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for our sales team.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and emailing to generate new leads and opportunities.

- Develop efficient onboarding processes that facilitate smooth transitions for new clients onto our platform

Requirements
- Essential: Strong experience using SQL for complex queries
